operations is conveyed and understood by all employees and that safe working practices are fully implemented on board all its ships.<\/p>\n<p>The Company System complies with the requirements of its business with integrity and in accordance with all international, national and local laws and other requirements to which its business activities are subject.<\/p>\n<p>Company defines the term of \u2018Pollution\u2019 as ;\u00a0<strong><u>T<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>he violation of international and domestic environmental rules and regulations limitations<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pollution of the environment by a ship can be caused in a number of ways both as a result of system failure and of human error. \u015eener Petrol Denizcilik Ticaret A.\u015e. is committed to preventing both sources of error through a planned maintenance program and a program of education and training of staff, and through implementation of a set of procedures in accordance with its Safety Management System.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of the Company is to prevent pollution of the environment from the following sources related to the aspects of its attendance of Niyazi \u015eENER\u2019s sons Ertan \u015eENER and Ercan \u015eENER.<\/p>\n<p>Company expanded its share in bunker market by purchasing 4 bunker barges (between 50 and 400 dwt) between 1984 and 1987. Company started its petroleum shipments in spot market by\u00a0 changing name of 1650 dwt LPG tanker named AYGAZ 2 to SELAY-5 in 1991. \u015eener Petrol Denizcilik ve Ticaret A.\u015e. ordered its first new building vessel 2850 dwt M\/T ERMAN S to \u00c7i\u00e7ek Shipyard located at Tuzla, \u0130stanbul in 1997 and delivered on October 1999.
